Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ABNH collects, uses, stores, and shares information through ABNH OS and its QuickBooks Online integration.
1. Scope
This policy applies to ABNH OS, an internal customer relationship management and business operations application operated by ABNH. It covers information processed through the application, its website pages, and connected services.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features used, ABNH OS may process:
- Business contact information, including names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, and notes.
- Project, opportunity, activity, task, service-ticket, equipment, document, warranty, and operational records.
- QuickBooks Online data authorized by the connected company, including customers, products and services, estimates, invoices, project references, transaction identifiers, descriptions, prices, costs, tax status, dates, balances, and related accounting metadata.
- Internal estimate-cost and profitability information stored by ABNH OS and not included in the customer-facing QuickBooks estimate payload.
- Authentication, authorization, connection, and security information, including encrypted OAuth tokens, company identifiers, connection status, access-key checks, timestamps, error messages, and webhook events.
- Technical information such as browser requests, IP-derived service logs, device or browser type, and diagnostic data generated by hosting and infrastructure providers.
3. Sources of information
Information may come from authorized ABNH users, customers and contacts, Notion workspaces, the connected QuickBooks Online company, and service providers that operate ABNH OS.
4. How information is used
ABNH uses information to:
- Operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve ABNH OS.
- Manage customers, contacts, opportunities, projects, activities, tasks, service tickets, invoices, estimates, documents, and internal profitability.
- Synchronize authorized data between ABNH OS, Notion, and QuickBooks Online.
- Authenticate connections, maintain OAuth authorization, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and comply with legal obligations.
- Provide business services, customer support, reporting, and administrative functions.
5. QuickBooks Online data
ABNH OS accesses QuickBooks Online data only after an authorized user grants permission through Intuit’s OAuth process. The integration uses the QuickBooks Online Accounting API to read or write supported business records. ABNH does not use QuickBooks data for advertising and does not sell QuickBooks data or personal information.
6. Sharing and service providers
ABNH may disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate ABNH OS, including Intuit/QuickBooks Online, Notion, Vercel, Upstash Redis, hosting, security, support, and professional-service providers. ABNH may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business reorganization. ABNH does not sell personal information.
7. Storage and security
ABNH applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the application, including access controls, server-side API handling, encrypted transport, and encryption of stored QuickBooks OAuth connection data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and ABNH cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, contractual or legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping. Sanitized QuickBooks diagnostic entries are limited to recent errors and are configured to expire after up to 30 days. Disconnecting QuickBooks through ABNH OS requests revocation of the OAuth token and removes the stored local QuickBooks connection. Business records previously synchronized into Notion or otherwise retained by ABNH are not automatically deleted solely because QuickBooks is disconnected. Authorized requests to correct or delete applicable information may be sent to the contact below, subject to legal and business-retention requirements.
9. Choices and rights
Authorized users can disconnect the QuickBooks integration from the QuickBooks Integration panel in ABNH OS. Individuals may contact ABNH to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. ABNH may need to verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
10. Children
ABNH OS is a business application and is not directed to children. ABNH does not knowingly use the application to collect personal information from children for consumer purposes.
11. Changes to this policy
ABNH may update this policy as the application, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
